NeuralBox API: one key for 590+ models

If you write code with LLMs, you know the pain: every provider has its own account, its own billing, its own key. NeuralBox solves this with a single API key: sk-nb-… is created in your profile and gives access to all 590+ models — GPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen, Llama and the rest — with one shared balance.

Two endpoints cover almost any tool: the OpenAI-compatible /api/v1/chat/completions and the Anthropic-compatible /api/v1/messages. Below is what exactly is supported and how to connect Claude Code in a minute.

Two endpoints, every tool

The OpenAI-compatible endpoint https://neuralbox.io/api/v1/chat/completions accepts the standard Chat Completions format — it works with any OpenAI-compatible SDK or tool: Roo Code, Cline, LangChain, custom scripts. The Anthropic-compatible https://neuralbox.io/api/v1/messages is the native Anthropic Messages format that Claude Code and the Anthropic SDK are built for.

SSE streaming is supported, and long reasoning sessions don't get cut off: the timeout is up to 20 minutes, so heavy reasoning models have time to finish their answer.

Claude Code in a minute

Claude Code connects with two environment variables — no changes to the CLI itself:

Roo Code, Cline and any OpenAI-compatible client

In Roo Code, Cline and other tools with an "OpenAI Compatible" setting, enter the base URL https://neuralbox.io/api/v1 and the sk-nb-… key, then pick any model from the catalog. Switching between GPT, Claude, Gemini and DeepSeek is just a change of model name — no new accounts or keys.

All parameters are passed through: tools, tool_choice, reasoning_effort and the rest — agentic scenarios with tool calls work just as they do with the provider directly.

Not just text: images, video and music via the API
